Collab Pistol Performance with Fortis

This 2-Day course is designed to provide the student with the mechanics and skills necessary to run the gun as efficiently and accurately as possible, and use those skills to push their shooting performance to the next level. Day 1 will reinforce the hard skills associated with shooting the pistol: focusing on grip, trigger manipulation, target transitions, the draw, and so much more. Day 2 will afford the student the opportunity to use those skills in a more practical or performance-based realm by introducing movement, decision making, and shooting at speed. Each student will have the opportunity to compete for various giveaways and prizes, courtesy of our amazing industry partners. This collab course between IBX Tactical and JB Burton from Fortis Training & Consulting is for the armed professional and responsibly armed citizen alike! The instructors collectively have over 50 years of operational law enforcement experience and over 30 years of firearms instruction experience. Carbine Mechanics

Carbine Mechanics is designed to provide sound, proven and repeatable carbine/pistol specific training to law enforcement officers and responsibly armed citizens in a setting conducive to learning. Training will consist of pistol and carbine fundamentals, dry fire drills, live fire, shooting and moving, and barricade work. Equipment Needed: Carbine with a Sling and 3 mags 350 rounds of carbine ammo Duty Handgun and duty belt with holster 3 mags 150 rounds of pistol ammo Eye/Ear Protection Weather dependent clothing Sharpie CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to the logistics of the class we will not be able to offer a full refund if you are unable to attend. Pistol Performance 2 Day

Performance Pistol is designed to enhance and improve the officers accuracy, speed and ability to safely manipulate their duty handgun. The course will cover range/weapon safety, fundamental refresher, skills to increase speed/accuracy and knowing when to switch between the two, trigger manipulation and multiple target engagements. You will also learn techniques that will help you evaluate and improve your shooting deficiencies. 5th Annual LEO RANGE DAY

LEO RANGE DAY is a one day training opportunity for 60 NC Law Enforcement officers. During this one day event we have two separate classes, either Foundational Pistol or Carbine Mechanics to attend. IBX & Relentless One Group Collab Pistol/Carbine

Whether you're a responsibly armed citizen, law enforcement officer, or someone looking to build greater confidence with your firearm, this course is designed to establish and refine the fundamentals that matter most. Hosted by IBX Tactical and Relentless One Group, this two-day training course focuses on developing safe, efficient, and repeatable weapon handling with both the pistol and rifle. Students will build a solid foundation through structured instruction, purposeful repetitions, and performance-driven drills that translate to real-world application. This is not a high-round-count course designed simply to send rounds downrange. Every drill has a purpose, and every repetition is intended to build competence, confidence, and consistency. Performance Carbine

This course is designed for experienced carbine shooters who want to take their performance to the next level. Students will touch on the foundations of shooting the carbine and then dive into focusing on applying efficient shooting mechanics and techniques under time and pressure, pushing both speed and accuracy with the AR-15 platform. This is not a basic carbine class. . This course will refine those skills through a series of drills focused on improving split times, transitions, recoil control, movement, and shooting from unconventional positions. Red Dot Handgun Refresher

Red Dot Refresher is a one day course which is geared to those Law Enforcement Officers who carry a Pistol Mounted Optic on duty and the responsibly armed citizen. This course is ideal for those who have never had any formal training on this platform or for those who have and want a refresher. Students will learn the features of the various PMO as well as the operation of the PMO, including proper maintenance, zeroing, finding the dot, how to use the optic as a diagnostic tool. This course will also cover the advantages of the PMO with the use of dry fire and live fire drills to identify issues with presentation, head position and grip angle. Students will also be shown the advantages of target focused shooting techniques and downed optics options. Equipment: Semi-auto handgun with Red Dot & 3 magazines Holster (No Leather or Serpas) 350 rounds of ammunition (400 HIGHLY recommended) 
At least 1 magazine pouch (or other means of carrying magazine while on range) Eye protection

Direct Threat Engagements Trauma Care

This course is designed to instruct law enforcement officers in direct threat engagement and shooting fundamentals as well as the basic medical care interventions that will help save an injured officer and emergency responder’s life until a higher level of care can be safely performed. The course combines the principles of PHTLS and Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) guidelines. Course participants will learn life-saving medical actions that focus on saving “preventable deaths” while achieving three primary goals: stop the threat, treat the casualty, and continue the mission. Skills being taught will include bleeding control with a tourniquet, use of hemostatic agents, basic wound management, and basic casualty airway management.

Instructor Development

Our team has over 40 years of instructing firearms skills and tactics. Our mission is to bring out knowledge and teaching style to those other instructors to better aid their abilities to diagnosis their own shooting skills and those of their students. During the two and a half days we will dive into different proven methodologies of pistol shooting that will help you teach and identify the deficiencies of your student, so you can better assist them with their goals. This course is only open to State Certified, NRA Certified or other legitimate instructor course certificate for the attendees. If interested and once registered we will need a copy of your certification emailed for verification. ________________________________________________________________ EQUIPMENT: Handgun and three magazines, Holster and magazine pouches (No worn out leather or Serpa Holsters will be allowed), 400-500 rounds of ammunition, eye and ear protection, pen and paper.
